This project was developed to create a cocktail cart using metal tubes, metal sheets, and other accessories. This project involved a detailed evaluation of production costs and obtaining quotes from real companies for the manufacture of 500 units.

Each component of the cart has its own plan and 3D design with precise dimensions to facilitate industrial production. Efforts were made to optimize the use of metal sheets to minimize waste and reduce unnecessary costs. A tube length was also selected to fully utilize the 6-meter tubes supplied.

For the joints, threaded rivetable connections were chosen to minimize seams and achieve the desired aesthetic. As for the packaging, the cart was designed to be foldable, allowing it to lie completely flat. This reduced packaging and transportation costs by enabling the transport of a greater number of carts in a single shipment. The final price of the cart was €265.17, including the profits from each part.

A dark green color was chosen to give the cart an elegant look, considering its purpose as a beverage cart. Each component choice was meticulously analyzed, and industrial molds were made with precise dimensions and tolerances for the plastic parts.

Furthermore, I have included some of the blueprints of the pieces used for this project below.
